Terms of Service

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. If you use Network & Grow for a business, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing. Membership ($77/month) and Partner ($177/month) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Payments are not refunded for partial months unless required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next billing date.

Using the service responsibly

You agree not to use Network & Grow to send spam or to break any law, including anti-spam and telemarketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM and the TCPA). In particular you agree to:

• Email and invite only people you have a relationship with or permission to contact, and honor unsubscribe requests.
• Make phone calls only as the law allows, respect Do Not Call requests and calling hours, and never use automated texting without consent.
• Have the right to upload any contacts and information you add.
• Not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or interfere with other users.

We may limit sending (for example 100 emails per day per account) and may suspend accounts that put others or the service at risk.

Emails sent from your mailbox

When you connect Google, Outlook or Gmail, emails you send through Network & Grow go from your own address and are your communications. You are responsible for their content and for having permission to send them.

Referral programs

If you run a referral program, you set its terms and rewards and you are solely responsible for honoring them and paying your partners. Network & Grow records introductions, sales and rewards to help you, but does not pay rewards, hold money, or act as a party to your arrangements with partners or customers. Rewards are only for direct referrals; multi-level or downline arrangements are not allowed.

Kate and AI features

Kate uses artificial intelligence. It can make mistakes, so check important information. Kate does not give legal, tax or financial advice. Where the law requires it, you are responsible for telling callers they are speaking with an AI assistant and for obtaining consent to record calls.

Your content

You own the information you put into Network & Grow. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and improve the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Other services

Some features rely on other companies (such as Stripe, Twilio, Google, Microsoft and Composio). Their terms also apply when you use those features, and we are not responsible for their services.

Ending your account

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. After an account ends, you can ask us for an export of your information within 30 days.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
