Who we are

Network & Grow (“we”, “us”) runs networkandgrow.org and the Kate assistant. Questions about privacy: yareaiaos@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, business name, email, phone number and the settings you choose.
• Your contacts and business records: contacts you add or import, notes, appointments, campaigns, events, referral partners, introductions, sales and reward records you enter or that Kate records for you.
• Information about people who contact your business: when someone fills in your referral, event or booking page, calls your Kate phone line or chats with Kate on your website, we store what they provide (such as name, email, phone and message) on your behalf.
• Calls and chats with Kate: call details, transcripts and summaries, and recordings where enabled and permitted.
• Connected accounts: if you connect Google, Microsoft (Outlook) or Gmail through our partners, we access your calendar and email only to do what you ask, such as checking free times, booking meetings and sending emails you approve.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, payment status and the email used at checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical information: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and to keep the service working.

How we use it

• To provide the service: your CRM, referral program, events, booking, email sending, and Kate answering calls and chats.
• To send the emails you ask us to send, from your own connected mailbox, and service messages to you (such as new introductions and reminders).
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To bill you for paid plans.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your contacts to market to them ourselves.

Google user data

When you connect a Google account, we request only the access needed for the features you use (sign-in, calendar and sending email you approve). Network & Grow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security, or to comply with the law.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Network & Grow, under agreements that limit their use of it, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Twilio and Vapi (phone calls and the Kate voice assistant), Nylas and Composio (connecting your calendar and email), Resend (service email), and AI providers that power Kate's understanding and speech.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business (with notice to you).

Referral partners and prospects

Referral partners see only simple statuses about the people they introduced (for example “Meeting booked” or “Became a customer”), never notes, contact details or amounts. People introduced to a business are contacted only after they agree, and every outreach email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails sent through Kate using the link in any of them.
• Disconnect Google, Outlook or Gmail at any time.
• Ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information: email yareaiaos@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Earned referral rewards and payment records are kept for accounting. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, signed links that can't be guessed, and hashed tokens. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you.

Children

Network & Grow is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and tell account holders by email or in the app.
