Let visitors type or talk with Kate from one chat widget. Add Kate from your dashboard’s Integrations page, copy one script tag, and paste it into your website. Their conversations appear in your Kate dashboard.
2. Copy the widget code
In your dashboard, open Integrations and copy the free chat snippet for your business.
3. Add it to your site
Paste the snippet into your website’s HTML before the closing body tag. Visitor threads show up in Conversations.
Typing and live voice use the same Kate receptionist instructions. This does not create a phone agent, buy a number, or start a paid phone service.
